We set up shop on the 2nd floor at 41456 Koramangala quite some time ago. Being on the 100 Feet Intermediate Ring Road means there is always a lot of noise outside, but we are used to it by now. The building is called Sai Sparsh, and it's over in the Srinivagilu Extension area. It’s a busy part of Bangalore, so getting here can be a bit of a headache with the traffic during peak hours. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles in our office space. It is mostly just desks, computers, and people trying to keep track of everything. India Reit Pvt Ltd is a small team and we just handle our business without much fuss. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we take the stairs to the second floor. It keeps us moving. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we first moved in. There are more shops and cafes around now than there used to be. We tend to stay inside and focus on the tasks at hand. It’s a decent enough spot for us since it’s central enough to reach other parts of the city. We don't do much in terms of decorating the place; it’s more about having a spot to sit and work. You won't find any big corporate signs or anything too fancy when you walk in. Just us doing our thing every day.
