Inchara Real Estate

I operate Inchara Real Estate out of a small office in HSR Layout, specifically on Sitaladavi Road. Being near the HSR BDA Complex means there are always people moving around and looking for different things in the neighborhood. The office itself is pretty basic, with just a couple of tables, some chairs, and a big map of the local area pinned to the wall. I spend a good chunk of my day out on my scooter, visiting different plots and houses to see what the condition is like. When I’m not out, I’m usually sitting here at the desk answering calls and writing down details in my ledger. Real estate in this part of town is always changing, with new buildings going up every few months. I don't use any fancy sales tactics or big presentations. I just show people what’s available and tell them the price. The paperwork can be a real headache sometimes, especially with all the different rules, but it’s part of the job. Sitaladavi Road is a nice spot to be, even if the parking is a bit of a nightmare during the busy hours. Most of the people I talk to are just looking for a decent place to live or a small shop to rent. I’ve lived in this area for a long time, so I know which streets are quiet and which ones get flooded when it rains. It’s a straightforward business, and I try to keep it that way for everyone.
