Our place is at No. 49 in the Anajanpura Post area. It’s part of the 8th Phase in J.P. Nagar. It is a bit further out from the main city noise, which is nice for what we do. At I2Cook Organic Foods Llp, we spend most of our time dealing with the produce and the packaging. It’s a hands-on kind of job. We don’t have any big automated assembly lines. It’s mostly just us at the tables, sorting things and making sure the jars are sealed right. The air in Anajanpura is a bit cleaner than in the center of town. We have a small storage area that stays cool for the stock. We try to keep things simple and not overcomplicate the process. The neighbors are mostly residential, so we have to keep the noise down when we are working. We don't have a big shop front for people to browse. Most people who know about us just come to the door or we send things out from here. Sometimes we have extra crates stacked up in the corner when a big shipment of grain comes in. It smells like spices and fresh flour inside most of the time. We drink our coffee in the small yard out back during the afternoon. It’s a quiet way to work. We like being in this part of J.P. Nagar because it feels a bit more like a community and less like a factory.
