Hoysala Estate Agency

Hoysala Estate Agency is a small place located at number 12 on the 2nd Main in Vijaya Nagar. We have been working out of this spot for quite some time now. It is a quiet enough street, which is nice when you are trying to get paperwork done. We mostly deal with local property stuff, helping people find rentals or helping them sell their homes. There isn't much to it, really. We open up in the morning, answer the phone, and talk to whoever stops by. Vijaya Nagar is a good area and we like being on the 2nd Main because it is easy for people to find us without getting lost in the bigger roads. We don't have any big marketing plans or a huge staff. It is just a few of us who know the area well and want to help our neighbors out with their estate needs. Sometimes the work is just explaining things over and over again until it makes sense to everyone involved. We try to be practical about things. If a house isn't right, we say so. We don't use any of that fancy real estate talk you hear on TV. It is just regular talk about houses and prices. Being a local agency means we see the same faces quite often, which is fine by us. We just keep our heads down and do the work from our little office here at number 12.
