Our agency, House Calls Real Estate Agency, is found at 163 Koramangala. This part of Bangalore is always moving and there is always something new happening. We call ourselves House Calls because we are rarely in the office. We are usually out meeting people at their homes or showing them new places to rent or buy. Koramangala is a big area with many different blocks, and we try to cover most of them. Our office is a small space where we keep our files and meet for a quick chat. It’s not a polished corporate office. There are papers everywhere and the coffee is usually cold. We spend a lot of time on our phones and driving through the traffic. Real estate here is very fast. A good flat can be gone in just one day. We have to be quick and keep our ears open for any new vacancies. We don't have a big marketing strategy. Most people find us because they saw our sign or someone they know told them about us. We just try to give people the facts about the houses we show. We know which streets get flooded when it rains and which ones are peaceful. That’s the kind of stuff we tell our clients. It’s just us doing our daily work in the neighborhood we know well.
