Horizon Estates

We are Horizon Estates and we are based at 82 HBR Layout on the 2nd floor of the Mandvi building. We have been working out of this office for quite a while. HBR Layout is a nice place to be. It has a lot of trees and is generally a bit quieter than the center of the city. We work with property and land. Most days we are looking at maps or talking to people about where they want to live. It is a lot of back and forth. Being on the 2nd floor means we get a bit of a breeze sometimes. The office is simple. We have some desks and chairs and a lot of folders. We don't go for the corporate look. It is more of a place where we can sit down and have a real conversation with someone. People come to us because they know we have been around this area for a long time. We know which roads are good and where the water issues might be. That kind of local knowledge is just what we have picked up over the years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company. We just want to do our work and go home to our families. It is a decent way to make a living. HBR Layout feels like the right spot for us and we plan on staying for a long time.
