Homework Property

The office is tucked into Mittal Tower over on Mahathma Gandhi Road, right near the HSBC Bank. Being in the Jigani Industrial Area means it’s always a bit noisy outside with trucks and people moving around, but we've gotten used to it over the years. We spend most of our time dealing with property stuff, which involves a lot of phone calls and even more paperwork. Sometimes the printer jams right when we need it most, which is always a joy. We are on the 3rd Main Road part of the building. It’s easy to miss if you aren’t looking for the bank next door. We keep our space pretty basic with just enough chairs for whoever stops by to talk about land or houses. It’s not a flashy setup. Most days it’s just us drinking coffee and going over listings or contracts. The traffic on MG Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we usually try to wrap things up before the worst of it hits. We’ve seen a lot of businesses come and go in Jigani, but we’ve managed to stay put here. It’s a practical location for what we do. Nothing fancy about the way we work, we just show up and handle whatever property issues come our way. It’s a bit dusty because of the industrial zone, but it’s home for us.
