At Homeguide Realtor, we have been working out of HSR Layout for quite some time now. Our office is located at 797, right at the corner of 19th Main and 23rd Cross in the 2nd Sector. I have seen HSR change from a quiet area with lots of empty plots to a very busy part of town. Our office is a simple place where we keep our files and maps. We are not the kind of people who sit at a desk all day. Most of our time is spent out on the roads, looking at houses or meeting people at different sites. We know the 2nd Sector very well, every lane and corner of it. People come to us because they want a straightforward answer about a property. We don't use any of that polished marketing talk. We just tell it like it is. If a building has a problem with the water or the papers are not clear, we say so. It saves everyone a lot of trouble later on. The 19th Main is always buzzing with traffic and new shops opening up. We are right in the middle of it all. It is a lot of work, and some days we are on our feet for hours, but it is interesting to see the neighborhood grow. We just try to be helpful to the people who walk in.
