Holla & Holla

We’ve been at 8 Cubbon Road for quite a while now. We're right across from the Income Tax Office on the 4th floor of the building. It is a busy spot in Mandvi, and finding a place to park your scooter can be a real challenge some mornings. Our office isn't anything fancy to look at, just a regular place where we get through the daily pile of paperwork. Most people find us because they have things to sort out with the tax folks across the street, so it makes sense for us to be here. It can get really loud outside with all the traffic and horns honking all day long. We just show up every morning, turn on the lights, and handle whatever is sitting on the desk. There’s a lot of walking up and down the stairs if the lift is acting up again, which happens more than we'd like. It's just a few of us here. We know the area well since we spend most of our daylight hours in this specific building. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped with all the old files stacked up in the corners, but we somehow know where everything is. People stop by when they’re in the neighborhood for their own errands. We don't do much in the way of advertising or anything like that. Usually, someone just points a neighbor our way. It's a very straightforward setup. We have the usual desks and chairs and a coffee machine that works most of the time. Being near the government offices means there's always something happening outside the window. We just keep doing what we do here on the 4th floor.
