We’re up on the 3rd floor of Mantri Square Mall in Malleshwaram. The exact spot is Nansha Jivan's at Pole Sankai Sheri, though most people just look for us near the food court area. It’s a different world inside the mall compared to the streets of Malleshwaram. We spend our days making tea for people who are tired from shopping. It’s a small stall, and we stay pretty busy on the weekends. We have different kinds of chai, but it’s all pretty straightforward. We don’t have a big seating area or anything, just a counter where you can grab your cup. The smell of tea leaves and milk is always there. We see all kinds of people, from teenagers hanging out to older folks taking a break. It gets pretty loud with the mall music and the crowds, but we just keep the stove going. We aren't a big chain with fancy uniforms. We’re just a small tea place trying to serve a decent cup. The staff here works in shifts, and we mostly just talk about how many cups we’ve sold that day. It’s a simple business. We like being in the mall because there’s always something happening, even if it’s just people-watching while the tea boils. Being on the third floor of the mall means we see a lot of people just wandering around while they wait for their movie to start at the cinema.
