Out here in Vidyaranyapura, life moves at its own pace. Our office for Hemanth Real Estate is tucked away on 4th Cross, right near 5th Main. It’s a quiet enough area, though it’s definitely grown since we first started out. We’ve got a small place at 52/2. It’s not much to look at from the outside, just a door and a sign, but inside we keep busy. We mostly deal with people who grew up here or are moving in for work. You know how it is, everyone is looking for a bit of space that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. We spend a lot of time walking around the blocks, checking out who is selling or who is looking to rent. It’s mostly word of mouth. Someone’s neighbor is moving, or a family needs a bigger house because the kids are growing up. We don’t use those big apps or fancy websites much. We prefer just talking to people face to face. It’s more honest that way. Sometimes we stay late when someone is in a hurry, other times we’re just sitting here waiting for the mail. It’s a regular job. We know the shortcuts around the 5th Main and which houses have the best gardens. It’s nice being a small part of how the neighborhood changes over the years. We just keep our heads down and do our bit for the folks around here.
