Hema Real Estate is over at 8 CV Raman Nagar on Sm Road in Jalahalli. It’s a busy area, and the traffic on Sm Road can be a real headache during the morning rush. Our office is just a simple room with a few chairs and a big desk where we keep all the property listings. We don't have any flashy signs or big advertisements; most people just find us by walking past or hearing about us from someone else in Jalahalli. We spend our days answering the phone and writing down notes about what people are looking for. Sometimes we have to go out and look at houses in the heat, which can be pretty tiring. The office is a bit old, and the paint is peeling in a few spots, but it serves its purpose. We keep a bunch of maps of the local area pinned up so we can show people where different plots are located. It’s mostly just a lot of talking and walking through properties to see if they fit what someone needs. We don't use any complicated systems, just some folders and a lot of local knowledge. Every day is a bit different, depending on who walks through the door. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and we’ve seen the whole CV Raman Nagar area grow up around us. It’s a good place to be, even with all the noise from the street and the constant ringing of the telephone.
