Hegde Real Estate

My name is Hegde and I run Hegde Real Estate out of number 23 in Domlur. I’ve been based in this neighborhood for a long time, so I’ve seen it turn from a quiet place into what it is today with all the offices and traffic. My office is just a small space, nothing too big or flashy. I think being local matters a lot in this business because you actually know which streets get flooded when it rains and which ones stay quiet at night. I spend a lot of my day just walking around or talking to building owners I’ve known for twenty years. It’s not a high-pressure environment here. People come in, sit down, have some water, and we talk about what they are looking for. I don't use any fancy software to track things, just my notebooks and what I remember. Domlur has a lot of hidden spots that people from outside don't really know about, and that's where I usually help out. I don't have a big team of agents running around. It's mostly just me and a helper. We handle the paperwork and make sure everything is legal and clear for everyone involved. I like staying small because I can actually talk to every person who comes in. It’s a straightforward way to work and it keeps my life simple too. I remember when Domlur was just a few houses and a lot of empty space, it's quite a shock to see all these big tech parks so close by now.
