We opened up here on Jasma Bhavan Road because we just wanted to make coffee for the people around Millers Tank Bed. It’s a small place, really. Most mornings it is just us getting the milk ready and making sure the coffee is strong enough for the first rush. You’ll see a lot of folks from Muneswara Nagar stopping by before they head to work. We don't have fancy sofas or anything like that. People just stand around, have their drink, and talk about the news or the weather. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded and the floor gets a little messy when it rains, but that’s just how it is. We try to keep things simple. The smell of the beans is usually what people notice first when they walk down the street. We’ve been here for a bit now and we know most of our regulars by name. It’s not a big business operation with meetings and all that. It is just a kitchen, some coffee powder, and us. We keep the tumblers clean and the milk hot. If you are around this part of town, you probably already know where we are. It is just a spot to get a drink and move on with your day. Nothing more to it, really. Just a part of the neighborhood where things stay pretty much the same day after day. We’ve been here a while and we plan to stay.
