Hatis Core Engineering Technologies Pvt Ltd is based out of the Madiwala Krishnappa Building. You can find us at number 119 in Mahalakshmi Layout. We are right on 1st Cross, which connects off V P Road. It is an engineering office, so things can get a bit technical around here. The building is a solid, older structure that has been part of the neighborhood for a good while. Madiwala is always humming with activity, and our little corner in Mahalakshmi Layout is no different. We spend our days tucked away working on various projects. It is not the kind of place with a big shiny lobby or anything like that. We just have our desks and our computers and a lot of drawings and plans scattered about. Finding the place is simple enough if you follow V P Road and look for the turn onto 1st Cross. Most of the people working here have been around for a bit, so we know the local tea stalls and where to grab a quick lunch. This no-nonsense environment keeps the focus mostly on getting the engineering details right. We are just a group of people doing our jobs in a quiet part of a busy district. The Madiwala Krishnappa Building is easy to spot once you get onto the right street. Being here feels like a real part of the community, and we are glad to have our space. Organizing all the paperwork is a daily task we handle between meetings.
