Haseen Real Estate is located at 245/3, near the Arabic College Post on 3rd Cross in Rashad Nagar. We are right on the A P J Abdul Kalam Govindapur Main Road, not too far from Kaiser Polytechnic. Working in real estate in this part of the city means we spend a lot of time walking around showing people different plots and houses. Our office is a modest spot where we keep our files and meet with people who are looking to buy or rent. It is not a fancy glass building; it is just a room with some chairs and a desk where we can look over maps of the area. We deal with the local neighborhood mostly, so we know which streets are quiet and which ones get a lot of water when it rains. People come to us because they want to find a place without having to deal with too much online nonsense. We just show what is available and tell them the price the owner is asking. Sometimes the paperwork takes a long time, and we end up spending hours at the government offices, but that is just part of the job. It is a lot of talking and a lot of waiting for things to move forward. We have been around the Arabic College area for quite a while now. We do not use big billboards, just the sign on our door. It is a local business run by people who live nearby.
