Our office is located at 117 in Peenya 2nd Stage, right across from the big water tank. Most people use that tank as a landmark to find us. We’ve been operating out of this small space for years, mostly dealing with houses and plots around this part of the city. It’s not like those big corporate offices you see in the city center. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out on the street showing different properties to families or people looking for a bit of land. There’s always a lot of paperwork on the desk, and the tea guy comes by a few times a day while we’re talking to clients about prices or lease terms. Some days are very quiet where we just sit and wait for the phone to ring, and other days we’re running around from one site to another until it gets dark. We know the lanes around Peenya pretty well because we’ve walked them so many times. People usually come to us because they’ve seen our board or heard about us from a neighbor. We don't do much advertising; it’s mostly just being here at the desk every day and knowing who is selling or renting what in the area. It can be a bit slow sometimes with the legal stuff and registration delays, but we just take it as it comes.
