Handloom World

If you’re walking around Tilak Nagar, you’ve probably passed by Handloom World without even thinking much about it. We are located at 37 on 30th Cross. It’s a pretty busy area because we are right near Sagar Apollo Hospital. People are always coming and going. Sometimes it feels like we are in the middle of everything, especially with Jayanagar 3rd Block and Gandhi Bazaar being so close by. Our shop is right opposite the Karnataka Bank, which is helpful when people are trying to find the place. It’s a bit of a maze around here with Janagar 9th Block and the various crosses, but we’ve been at this spot for a good while. The shop itself is filled with all sorts of handloom fabrics. It gets a bit cramped when a lot of stock comes in, but we manage to keep things moving. We aren't big on fancy displays. We just put the cloth out where people can see it and feel the quality for themselves. The neighborhood has a lot of energy, and we like being part of the Jayanagar community. Most of our days are spent folding fabric and talking to customers who live nearby. It’s a simple business. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. It’s just us here at the shop, making sure the shelves stay full and the doors stay open for whoever needs some good material.
