We spend most of our days here on the second floor of the Dhamanwala Complex. If you know where the Pizza Hut on Brigade Road is, we are basically right across from that. Shop 202 isn't a huge place, but it fits our desks and the stacks of files we have to keep for the property work. The stairs can be a bit of a climb when it is humid outside, but the view of the street from the 5th Avenue side is okay. It gets loud with the traffic sometimes. We handle a lot of different estate things, mostly just talking to people about where they want to live or what they want to sell. It is a lot of phone calls and checking maps. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because of the road construction nearby, but we just keep the fans going. We have been in this spot for a good while now. Most people find us because they were already grabbing a pizza or walking down to the main markets. It is not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls or anything like that. We have some old chairs for visitors and a kettle that usually has tea ready. It is just a regular place where we try to get the paperwork right and help people figure out their housing situations without making it too complicated. We like the neighborhood even if parking is a nightmare most afternoons.
