Halevane Real Estate is situated at 31/86-2 in the Whitefield area, specifically inside Fakhri Mansion on Mastan Tank Cross Lane. If you know the lane, you know it can be a bit tight with all the bikes and people moving around, but that is just how things are here. The office isn’t huge, but it fits what we need. We usually start the day early, opening up the shutters and getting the fans going before it gets too hot. People walk in from the cross lane all the time, asking about different plots or if there is anything new in the mansion or nearby. We spend a lot of our time just talking to people, listening to what they need, and trying to find something that works for them. There is a lot of history in these streets around Mastan Tank, and we’ve been around long enough to know most of the stories. We don't use any high-tech gadgets or big marketing plans. It is mostly just word of mouth and being here when people need us. Some days are slow and we just chat with the neighbors, while other days we are running around from one end of Whitefield to the other. The floor is usually a bit dusty from the street outside, and there is always a stack of papers that needs sorting. It’s a real, local operation and we like the pace of it just fine.
