You can find H R Fairdeal Properties at 54M in the HAL 3rd Stage area. We are located within the Ghatkopar Industrial Estate right on Lbs Marg. The traffic on Lbs Marg is almost always heavy, so we are used to the sound of horns and engines. Our office is a modest space in the middle of all the industrial sheds and workshops. It’s a busy place to be. We handle property deals for people looking for spaces in this part of town. There are plenty of files and ledgers around the office. We don't have a lot of space for extra things, just our desks and a few chairs for when people come to talk about rentals or sales. It can get a bit warm in the afternoons, so we keep the windows cracked open. The floor is concrete and we have a few old metal cabinets for storage. We know this industrial area inside and out. Most days are spent talking to landlords or showing people around different units nearby. It is hard work but we have been doing it for a long time. There isn't any fancy lobby or waiting room here.
