You can find us over in Kadugodi, specifically on the 8th Main near the 16th Cross. We’re right across from the Safal Market, so there is always a lot of activity and people walking by our front door. The office is small and filled with files and maps of the local area. We spend our time talking to people who want to rent a place or maybe buy a small plot around here. It’s not like those big agencies you see on TV; we just have a few chairs and a table where we go over the paperwork. Sometimes we have to head out suddenly to show a house, so we leave a note on the door saying we’ll be back in twenty minutes or so. The paperwork for property can be a real headache with all the different stamps and signatures needed, so we spend a lot of time at the local government offices too. We know most of the owners around this part of Kadugodi because we’ve lived and worked here for years. It’s mostly just sitting down with neighbors and figuring out what they need for their families. The tea shop next door brings us rounds throughout the day which helps when the afternoon heat gets bad. We don't have fancy brochures, just our notebooks and what we know about the streets around here. It’s simple work but it keeps us very busy every day and night.
