We are located at 343 on the 100 Feet Road in Hedge Nagar, 1st Stage. Being on a main road like this means there is always a lot of noise from the bikes and trucks passing by our door. Our office isn't very large, just enough space for a few tables and chairs for when people come to talk about property. We spend most of our time looking at maps or going out to see different sites around the area. The walls have a few old calendars and some charts that we use for reference. Sometimes we have to wait a long time for people to show up for their appointments, which can be a bit boring. The tea guy comes around twice a day and that’s usually the highlight of the afternoon for us. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist in a fancy suit. Usually, it's just one of us sitting here with a phone and a notebook. We know this part of Hedge Nagar quite well because we've walked these streets so many times. Dealing with property involves a lot of waiting for papers to get signed and stamped. It can be frustrating when things move slow at the government offices, but that’s just how it is. We try to keep things straightforward with everyone. It’s dusty work sometimes, especially in the summer months. We just keep going, trying to find the right spots for people looking to move in.
