H H Real Estates is tucked away in the Model Town Society in Mallathahalli, specifically at 380/A. We’ve been working out of this neighborhood for quite a few years now. The real estate business around here has changed a lot, with new buildings popping up where there used to be empty lots. Our days are mostly spent meeting people who are looking for a place to stay or trying to sell their land. It’s a lot of walking around, showing properties, and waiting for people to show up for appointments. Sometimes we’re sitting in the office going through paperwork, and other times we’re out in the sun looking at sites. It’s not always as exciting as people think. There’s a lot of checking documents and making sure everything is legal and clear. We know this Mallathahalli area pretty well, every street and corner. Being part of the Model Town Society ourselves helps because we live and work in the same community. We don't do the big flashy billboards or high-pressure sales stuff. We just talk to people plainly about what’s available and what the prices are doing. Some months are slow and we just sit and wait for the phone to ring, and other times it seems like everyone wants to move at once. We just take it as it comes. Dealing with property is complicated, so we just try to keep things as simple as possible for the folks who come to see us here.
