We are based over at 127 BTM Layout 2nd Stage. If you are looking for us, we are on 5th Main and 2nd Cross, tucked right behind the Karnataka Bank. It’s a busy little corner of BTM Layout. We’ve been doing real estate here for quite some time now. We deal with all kinds of properties, mostly rentals and sales for people living in this area. We aren't a big chain or anything like that. It’s just us in the office. We spend a lot of our time walking around the different blocks to see what is available. The bank nearby brings a lot of people to the street, so we get a fair amount of walk-ins. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks. We just show the places and tell people the rent or the price. If they like it, they take it. We know the local owners and we know which buildings are well-maintained. The 2nd cross can get pretty jammed with cars in the afternoon, so we usually do our site visits in the morning. It’s a straightforward job. We help with the rental agreements and the deposits so there aren't any arguments later. We’ve seen BTM Layout grow from a quiet place into what it is today. There are always new shops opening up. We like being part of the noise and the bustle. It feels like a real community here. We just try to be helpful to the people moving in.
