Grg Fine Foods Pvt Ltd is down in the Bommasandra Industrial Area at 121 H. It’s a big industrial zone, so there are trucks and workers everywhere you look. Our place is tucked away a bit, but it’s a solid building. Inside, we are mostly focused on food. There is a lot of hairnets and aprons involved. We have to be careful about how things are handled, so there’s a lot of rules we follow on the floor. It’s not a glamorous job, but we like it well enough. The machinery can be a bit loud when everything is running at once. We have a small canteen where we all sit and have our lunch. Bommasandra is quite far from the city center, so most of us take the bus or ride our bikes in. The weather gets really dusty in this part of town, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the loading docks. We produce a fair amount of stuff every day. The office staff is just a couple of people who handle the orders and the invoices. We don’t have a big sign out front, just the number on the gate. It’s just a group of people working hard to get the food orders out to the shops. Some days we have to stay late to finish a batch, but that’s just part of the food business. We've been at this for several years now.
