Greenhouse Realty is based at 31 Bangalore GPO, over by Vanaz Corner in the Oxford Towers, which is part of the Siddhvinayak Society. It’s a busy corner of town to be in. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out looking at different spots around the city. Real estate isn't always as glamorous as people think. There is a lot of waiting for keys and sitting in traffic between appointments. Our office at Oxford Towers is where we do all the dull stuff like filing and checking listings. We aren't the type of people to wear fancy suits every day unless we really have to. We prefer to just talk to folks plainly about what’s available. Vanaz Corner is a good landmark, and the Siddhvinayak Society is a place we’ve grown quite familiar with over time. Sometimes the market is fast and other times it’s like pulling teeth to get a deal done. We just take it as it comes. We don't use big fancy words to describe houses. We just tell you what the kitchen looks like or if the balcony gets any sun. It’s a small operation here. We know the Bangalore GPO area well because we walk these streets every day. It’s about being around and knowing who is moving where. We just try to keep things realistic for everyone involved.
