Green Wich Property Consultant is located at 90 Kamaraja Road, right near Commercial Street. If you know that area, you know it’s one of the busiest spots around with all the shops and people. We’ve been here for a while, acting as property consultants for whoever walks through the door. Our office is small and usually has a few stacks of folders waiting to be sorted. We don't do anything too complicated; we just help people find properties or give advice on what a place is worth. Being near Commercial Street means we see a lot of interest in both shops and homes. It can be a bit frantic at times, especially when everyone seems to want to buy or sell at once. We don't have a polished sales pitch or some big corporate brochure. We just tell people what we know about the local market on Kamaraja Road and the surrounding streets. Sometimes the news isn't what they want to hear, but we think it’s better to be honest about prices and legal issues. We spend a lot of time on the phone and even more time walking around showing people different buildings. It’s a lot of legwork, but that’s the only way to really know what’s going on with the properties in this neighborhood. We just take it one day at a time here.
