Our office for Green Land Real Estates Consultant is located at 136 Indira Nagar, which is very close to the ESI Hospital. It is a busy street and there is always something going on outside our window. We spend most of our time helping people find places to rent or buy around this area. Indira Nagar is a popular spot, so things move pretty quickly and we have to stay on top of what is available. We don't have a fancy showroom with big screens. It is just a simple room with a few tables and a lot of files. People come in with all sorts of requirements, and we try to be honest about what they can get for their money. Sometimes we have to tell people that their budget won't get them exactly what they want in this neighborhood. We’d rather tell the truth than promise something we can't deliver. We do a lot of walking around to check on properties and meeting with landlords. It can be tiring, especially when the weather is hot, but it’s just part of the job. We’ve been doing this for several years and we know these streets like the back of our hands. We aren't a big chain of realtors; it’s just us doing our best to help the local community find a place to call home. Some days are busy and some are slow, but we are always here at number 136.
