Grasshopper Estates

At Grasshopper Estates, we have got our office at No. 12 Park Road. This is in Tasker Town, right near the Indian Express building. It is a central part of town. People know the area well because of the newspaper office. We deal with property stuff mostly. It is a lot of walking around and looking at buildings. Tasker Town has a specific feel to it, a bit old-fashioned in some parts but very busy. We keep our files organized, but the desk usually has maps and papers all over it. It is just how the job goes. People stop by to ask about rentals or what is available nearby. We try to keep track of everything happening on Park Road and the surrounding streets. It gets crowded outside, especially with the traffic coming through. We have been here for a while. It is not a corporate setup at all. Just a few chairs and some desks where we sit and talk to people about houses or land. Sometimes the phones do not stop ringing. Other times it is quiet enough to actually get some paperwork done. We see a lot of different people every day. Some are looking for small flats, others want something bigger. We just show them what is on the books. It is a straightforward business. We do not use big words or fancy pitches. We just tell people what is available and where. That is basically our life here at No. 12.
