JB Nagar has changed a lot over the years, and we have seen many buildings come up. We spend a lot of our time walking around the neighborhood, checking out available flats or sites and talking to owners. It involves a lot of phone calls and waiting around for people to show up for site visits. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear, but that is just how it is in this area. Being on the first floor gives us a decent view of the street, so we can see when clients arrive. We keep things pretty straightforward here without any complicated talk. We just listen to what people need and see what is available on our lists. It is a local business and we know the streets here quite well.
