Gopal Swamy Real Estate has been around this part of town for quite some time. We’re located at Office No 90, 4th Stage, 90 Feet Road, near BEML Layout in Rajarajeshwari Nagar. Specifically, we’re on 1st Main Road, 4th Cross, near Double Road. It’s a bit of a long address, but once you get here, it’s easy to find. I spend most of my day talking to people about property. Some want to buy, some want to rent, and others are just curious about what their land is worth. Rajarajeshwari Nagar has changed a lot since I started. There used to be a lot more empty space, but now there are buildings everywhere. My office is a comfortable place where we can sit and have some coffee while looking at floor plans. It isn't a high-end corporate office with glass walls. It’s just a regular room with some old cupboards and a desk that’s seen better days. I try to be straightforward with people because buying a house is a big deal and nobody likes to be confused. We know the 4th Stage area very well, having walked these streets hundreds of times. Sometimes the market is slow and we just sit around waiting for the phone to ring, and other times it’s so busy we can’t even take a lunch break. That’s just the nature of real estate around here. We just try to help folks find a place they can actually call home for a while.
