Gopal Real Estate is at 18 Shanthi Nagar. It’s a simple house converted into an office space, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than those big glass buildings. We have a small sign outside so people don't miss us. Inside, it’s mostly just filing cabinets and a few chairs. We’ve been at 18 Shanthi Nagar for quite some time now. Shanthi Nagar is a nice area, usually pretty calm compared to the main roads. We spend our mornings going through the new listings and seeing what has changed since yesterday. We have a small balcony where we take breaks. The phone rings a lot, usually people asking about prices or if a certain house is still available. We don't use any fancy software, just a lot of notebooks and a decent computer. Sometimes the neighbor's dog barks during our meetings, but we don't mind it much. It’s just part of being in a real neighborhood. We know most of the people who live on this street. When someone wants to move or sell, they usually just walk over and talk to us. We keep the kettle going for most of the day because we like our coffee. It’s a steady pace of work. We just focus on the houses around here and try to keep everything straight in our records. There is always a bit of paperwork to finish before we head home for the evening.
