At Gomz Realtors, we operate out of an office at 34 BTM Layout 2nd Stage. We are tucked away on 1st Cross, right in 1st Main of Vysya Bank Colony. It’s a decent area, mostly quiet compared to the main roads, which makes it easier to talk to people who come in. We spend our days looking at property listings and talking to folks who want to buy or rent something in the neighborhood. BTM Layout is a popular place, so there is always someone looking for a house or an apartment nearby. Our office is pretty simple, with a few desks and some maps of the local colony pinned to the walls. We do a lot of walking around the area too, showing people different spots and checking out new buildings. There is always a lot of paperwork involved in real estate, so we spend a lot of time filling out forms and making phone calls. Sometimes we have to deal with grumpy landlords or confused tenants, but that's just part of the job. Being in Vysya Bank Colony means we know most of the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. We aren't a big corporate chain, just a small group of people working out of this BTM Layout office. We try to stay organized, though the files do pile up on the desks sometimes. It is just a regular local business doing its thing.
