We have been operating out of 829 Indira Nagar for a good number of years now. It is a busy part of town and we have seen many shops come and go while we stayed put. Goldline Realtors isn't some big fancy firm with a hundred agents in suits. It is just a few of us here sitting in the office trying to help people find a place to live or a bit of land to invest in. The office is pretty simple, we have some old chairs and a desk that has seen better days, but it works for what we need. People walk in off the street all the time asking about rents in the area. Indira Nagar has gotten so expensive lately that it is hard for a lot of folks to keep up. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just walking around to look at properties. Sometimes the paperwork gets stuck in some office for weeks and we have to go down there and push things along. It can be frustrating but that is just how the business goes. We know these streets very well by now. If you are looking for something specific, we probably know who owns it or why it isn't for sale yet. We don't have a big website or anything, we just prefer talking to people face to face over a cup of tea. It feels more honest that way.
