Golden Royal Properties

Our office is right here in HSR Layout Sector 1. It is a busy place with new buildings popping up all over the neighborhood lately. We handle things like rentals and selling plots or flats around this part of Bangalore. Most of our day is spent out on the road showing people around different houses or checking on construction sites to see how they are coming along. It gets pretty dusty sometimes with all the work happening nearby. People come in asking about prices every day and we just tell them what we know about the current market in this block. The office isn't anything fancy, just a few desks and some chairs where we sit down to look at the paperwork and drink some tea. We have been around this area for a while now, so we know the shortcuts and which streets are a bit quieter than others. Sometimes the traffic on the main roads makes it really hard to get to our appointments on time, but that is just how it is in HSR. If someone needs a place to stay or wants to sell their old flat, they usually just drop by or give us a call. We stay busy with local owners and folks moving in from other cities. There is always some new project starting on the next street over. We just try to get the documents right and make sure the keys are handed over without a lot of trouble. (250 words)
