Gokul Coffee Works

You can find Gokul Coffee Works over at 58 Maruthi Seva Nagar, right near the railway crossing road in P N S Layout. The sound of the trains passing by is something we have just grown used to over the years. We spend our days roasting and grinding coffee beans in our small shop. It is a very simple operation. We have the big roasting machine in the back and the retail counter up front where we keep the fresh bags. The smell of the coffee hits you before you even get to the door, which helps people find us easily enough. We source the beans and then process them ourselves so we know exactly what we are putting into the bags. It is a bit of a dusty job with the chaff flying around, but we enjoy the routine of it. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming to us for their morning coffee supply for a long time. We don't have any seating or a fancy cafe setup; it is just a place to buy your coffee and go. Sometimes we get a bit of a crowd when the railway gates are closed and people are waiting around. The shop is small and can get a bit cramped with all the sacks of green beans stacked up against the walls. We just keep our heads down and focus on getting the roasting right every single day. It is honest work that keeps us busy from morning until evening.
