We spend most of our days here on the second floor of the Swiss Complex, right across from the main gate of the Race Course. It gets pretty loud outside when there are events going on, but we’re used to it by now. Mostly we are just answering the phones and making sure the cars are where they need to be at the right time. Getting people to the airport on time is what keeps us busy from early morning until very late at night. Sometimes the traffic on Race Course Road is a real nightmare, so we have to plan around that every single day. We’ve been at 207 for a while now. The office isn’t anything fancy, just some metal desks and a couple of computers that sometimes run a bit slow when we have too many windows open. We know the local routes well and usually know which shortcuts to take when the main roads are blocked. It’s a lot of coordination between us and the drivers. You’ll see us coming in and out of the building all day long. We try to keep things organized but sometimes things get hectic when three or four flights land at the exact same time. If you’re looking for us, look for the big gate across the street and then come up the stairs. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here. We just focus on the schedule and making sure drivers know where they are going. There’s always someone here making notes on a pad.
