Our office is at 22 New BEL Road. It’s a very well-known street, which makes it easy for people to find us. We’ve been handling cab bookings from this location for a good number of years. The office is pretty small, just enough for the dispatchers and a place for drivers to park nearby for a bit. New BEL Road has become very crowded lately with all the new cafes and shops, so things are always moving outside our door. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of the radio and phones ringing. We aren't trying to change the world; we just help people get to the airport or their offices on time. It’s a lot of early mornings and late nights. The staff here has stayed mostly the same for a long time, so we all know how the routine goes. We don't use any fancy apps that break all the time; we mostly rely on knowing our drivers and the city routes. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes things difficult, but we manage. It’s a basic setup with some chairs and a desk covered in logs and maps. We like the area because everything you need is right here. It’s a practical place for a practical business. We’ve been through many monsoon seasons here, and we know exactly which roads flood and which ones stay dry for our passengers.
