Giri Real Estate

Giri Real Estate is based out of 1 Frazer Town right on MG Road. It’s a busy spot but we’ve been here long enough that the noise doesn’t really bother us anymore. We mostly deal with properties around this part of town. Buying, selling, or just finding a place to rent for a few months is what we handle. It started small and stayed that way because we like knowing who we are talking to. If you walk down MG Road you’ll see our sign. The office isn't very big but it fits a few desks and some files. Real estate can be a headache with all the paperwork but we just take it one step at a time. Frazer Town has changed a lot over the years but some things stay the same. People still need a roof over their heads and a fair price. We don’t do big fancy advertisements. Most people just hear about us from a neighbor or see the office when they are out getting groceries. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out looking at houses. It’s practical work. Sometimes the weather is bad and we stay inside catching up on records. Other days we are running around everywhere. It’s just us doing the job day in and day out. If someone needs to find a house or sell an old plot they just come by and chat. We usually have the kettle on if anyone wants a tea while we look at the listings together.
