Geethanjali City Taxi & Travels

Geethanjali City Taxi & Travels is based out of the B N Chandrappa Building over in Electronic City. If you know the Sadashiv Peth area, you know it can get pretty crowded and noisy around here during the peak hours. We have been running these cabs for a good while now, starting out with just a couple of vehicles. Our office is not very big or impressive, just a couple of desks, some old chairs, and phones that never seem to stop ringing. We spend all day keeping track of where the drivers are and who needs a ride next. Most of the time, the cars are out on the road anyway, so the office stays fairly quiet except for us talking on the radio. We deal with all kinds of people, from those going to the airport to folks just trying to get across town without getting stuck in too much traffic. It is a lot of coordination and sometimes it gets stressful when a car gets delayed because of a block on the main road. That is just part of the job in a city like this. We keep a big logbook of all the trips by hand. The building itself is easy to find once you get into the right lane behind the main shops. We have a few drivers who have been with us for years and they know the roads better than anyone. They often come in to have a quick cup of coffee before heading back out. It is a simple business based on getting the job done every day.
