Gavi Beverages

We have been here at 98-56 on Al Airport Road for quite some time now. Marathahalli is always busy, so there is never a quiet moment outside the door. Gavi Beverages is just a small place we set up to sell drinks to people passing by. It is not fancy or anything. We have a couple of old refrigerators that hum all day long. Sometimes they make a lot of noise, but they keep everything cold, which is what matters. My cousin and I run the place. We usually start early in the morning to get the stock sorted. The shelves are mostly filled with whatever is popular at the moment. We don't have a big sign, just the name painted on the front. On hot days, the shop gets really crowded with people coming from the bus stop. We have some plastic stools outside, but they are a bit faded from the sun. The traffic on Airport Road is constant. You get used to the smell of exhaust and the sound of horns after a while. We don't really do any advertising. People just see the bottles and stop in. We try to keep the floor swept, but with so many people coming in, it is hard. It is just a regular shop where you can get a cold drink and sit for a minute. We are just local people doing our job every day. There is nothing more to it.
