You can find Garden City Properties over in JP Nagar. We are based on the 4th floor of S R Plaza, right at the corner of 5th Main and 10th Cross. It is a busy area with a lot of shops and people moving around. We deal with houses, flats, and land plots mostly. Most of our day is spent talking to people who want to buy or rent something, or checking out properties to see if they are in good shape. It’s a lot of running around Bangalore, honestly. The office at S R Plaza is where we do the paperwork and keep our records. It’s 51/52 JP Nagar if you are looking for the exact plot numbers. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just know this part of the city well because we’ve worked here for so long. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we take the stairs if we are in a hurry. We talk to landlords and tenants and try to make sure everyone is on the same page. It’s practical work. We don't use fancy brochures or big promises. We just show people what is available and let them decide. The 4th floor gives us a bit of peace from the noise down on the street. It’s just a normal workplace where we handle property stuff every day.
