We have been here at HSR Layout for a good while now. Our office is right on Isanpur Road, just opposite Spring Fields. If you know this area at all, you know it has gotten very busy lately. Most days we are just sitting here with the files, waiting for someone to drop by about a flat or maybe some land out towards Uttamnagar. It is not a fancy place, just a simple desk and some chairs. I started this because I knew the neighborhood well and people kept asking me who was selling what, so I figured I might as well make it official. Sometimes the phones do not stop ringing and other times it is quiet enough to hear the traffic outside. We handle a lot of the paperwork that people find confusing when they are trying to move. It is mostly local folks coming in. My cousin helps out sometimes when I am out showing a property to a family. We do not have a big team or anything, just a few of us who know the streets around here. It gets a bit dusty in the summer with the windows open, but we like being right on the main road. If you are looking for a place or just want to know what the rates are doing this month, you can just walk in. We do not really do the whole high-pressure thing. It is just about finding what fits for someone’s budget.
