Our office is at 341 Peenya Nirmal Nagar, right by Majura Gate. It’s tucked behind the Krishna Temple, which is a good landmark for people trying to find us. You can usually hear the bells from the temple in the morning and evening. Ganga Real Estate Agent is basically just a few of us in a small room with some files and a landline. We spend a lot of time walking around the neighborhood looking at houses. Nirmal Nagar is changing a bit lately, with new buildings coming up here and there. We know the streets and the owners pretty well by now. People drop in all the time just to ask about prices or who is selling what in the area. We don't have a big flashy sign or anything, just a board outside the door. It gets dusty because of the construction nearby, so we have to wipe the table down every morning. The tea guy comes by twice a day and that’s when we usually catch up on the local news with the neighbors. It’s a simple setup. We don’t use any fancy computer software, just notebooks and our memory. Being behind the temple makes it feel a bit more peaceful than the main Peenya roads. We like the spot. It’s easy for people to stop by after they visit the temple for prayers. We just sit here, talk to folks, and see what’s happening with the local property.
