Ganapathi Estates

Our office is tucked away in the Indira Nagar GIDC Estate area. If you go past Kaveri School, you will find us at number 1289. It is an industrial sort of spot, so there is always trucks and noise around, which is just how it is here. We have been operating out of this building for a few years now. Most of what we do involves the industrial plots and sheds around the GIDC. People come in looking for space for their small workshops or storage. It is a lot of talking to owners and checking out the boundaries of different sites. I usually spend half the morning drinking tea and looking over the ledgers. It is not a glamorous job, but someone has to keep track of who owns what in this part of town. The school nearby means it gets a bit crowded in the afternoons when the kids are heading home. We just stay out of the way and keep things moving. Sometimes a client will come in with a complicated problem about their lease, and we sit down to try and figure it out together. It is mostly just hard work and knowing the right people to call when something gets stuck. We are not trying to be the biggest agency, just the one that people around here know they can talk to. It is a simple setup but it works for us and our neighbors.
