Gajanana City Taxi

We are located at 3 Madivala Papayya Layout. It’s right near that old Madiwala Commercial Complex, not too far from Gangotri. Our office isn’t much to look at, just a few chairs and a desk where we keep the logs. Most days, you’ll find us talking to drivers or checking the cars before they head out into the Bangalore traffic. It’s a busy spot around here, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get somewhere. We’ve been around this part of town for a while now. The drivers know the shortcuts, which helps when the main roads get blocked up. Sometimes the phones ring non-stop and other times it’s quiet enough to actually have a tea. We keep the keys on a board by the door and there is usually someone sitting by the entrance if you walk in. It’s mostly about getting people from one point to another without too much fuss. We don’t have fancy waiting rooms or anything, just a practical space to run the business. The complex nearby gets a lot of foot traffic so there is always something going on outside our window. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the daily schedule. If you are looking for the place, just look for the old complex and we are right there in the layout. It’s a familiar routine for all of us working here day in and day out. We just keep the coffee pot going and wait for the next call.
