G N Properties & Estates

G N Properties & Estates is located over on Jaya Chamarajendra Road, right across from where the Syndicate Bank sits at number 30. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a good while, helping people find places to stay or land to buy. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and looking at maps of the local area. The office is usually a bit messy with flyers and property listings spread out everywhere. We aren’t a huge operation, just a few of us who know the streets around here pretty well. People walk in all the time asking about rents or what a piece of land is going for these days. It gets busy during the middle of the day because of the bank across the street, so there’s always people coming and going. We keep a pot of tea going most mornings. It’s not a shiny corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. Just some old desks and chairs where we sit and go over contracts or talk to landlords. Dealing with real estate means we spend half our time out of the office looking at sites anyway. If the door is locked, we’re probably just out showing a house to someone nearby. We just try to get the paperwork right and make sure everyone knows what they are signing. It’s a basic business, really. We keep a lot of physical keys in a cabinet that's starting to get a bit jammed lately.
