G K Estate

G K Estate is located at 2 New Thippasandra, right at the Bodyline Cross Roads. We are quite close to the old Vijaya bank building, which most people around here know. This neighborhood has changed a lot over the years, and we’ve seen it happen from our front door. We deal with local property matters, mostly helping people find apartments or small commercial spaces nearby. The office is pretty basic. We have a few old wooden desks and some chairs for visitors. There’s always a stack of newspapers on the corner table and a calendar from three years ago still hanging on the wall. We don't use any high-tech systems. Most of our listings are kept in a thick diary or on a few sheets of paper clipped together. We spend our mornings walking around the cross roads and talking to building owners to see what’s vacant. People stop by to chat about the local news or to ask if property prices are going up again. We aren't a corporate firm; it’s just a local operation. We know which streets get flooded when it rains and which ones are quiet at night. That kind of local knowledge is just what we have from being here so long. We open the shutters around nine-thirty and stay until it gets dark. It’s a slow pace compared to the big city offices, but we like it that way.
