G A Real Estate

I’ve been working out of 7 Kaval Byrasandra for quite a while now. G A Real Estate is just me and a couple of others trying to help folks find a decent place to live. It isn’t always easy with the way prices go up and down around here, but we do what we can. Kaval Byrasandra is a busy area, lots of traffic and people moving in and out all the time. I started this because I saw how hard it was for my friends to find rentals that didn't cost a fortune. We spend a lot of our time walking the streets nearby, looking at buildings and talking to landlords. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, honestly. Sometimes the office is a bit messy with all the maps and files we keep on the desks. We aren't a big fancy firm with a lobby or anything like that. Just a small desk and a few chairs. If you’re around Kaval Byrasandra and looking for a house or maybe trying to sell a plot, we are usually there. Sometimes we’re out on site visits, so the door might be locked for an hour, but we always come back. It’s just how it goes when you’re running a small operation like this one. We just try to be honest about what’s available and what’s not. It’s hard work but it keeps us busy every day of the week. There is always a lot to learn about the property market.
